Prismatic Puff. Once per day, the Fiesta Featherblade can unleash a mesmerizing plume of colors from its plumage. Creatures within 10 feet must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be beguiled by the vibrant display, becoming incapacitated and rooted in place until the end of their next turn.
Echoes of the Jungle. Gifted in mimicry, the Fiesta Featherblade can replicate ambient sounds, from the rustle of leaves to distant laughter. Those who hear these echoes must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom (Insight) check to discern their artificial nature.
